Postpartum Doula Support
Welcoming a new baby into your life can be both joyful and overwhelming. Navigating the world of sleep deprivation, infant feeding, baby gear, and all the changes that a baby brings often requires some extra support. As a Postpartum Doula, our primary job is to create an environment where all you have to worry about is bonding with your new baby. We're here to give you a hand when you need it the most and provide you with the confidence to parent your baby in the way that best suits you.

-
Nanny for you
-

Lactation Support
Both Ashley and Sarai are trained to help with basic support such as positions, latching techniques, pumps, emotional support, and education. However, sometimes a mother may need additional help.
Ashley is a CLC (certified lactation counselor). A CLC is a professional who has completed specialized training and certification to provide support and guidance to mothers who are breastfeeding. They can assist with a variety of issues related to breastfeeding such as latching problems, milk supply, nipple pain, breastfeeding positions, and more. A CLC is trained to work with infants and their parents to solve any feeding challenges they are experiencing and improve the parent's chances of breastfeeding for as long as they choose.
You can make an appointment with Ashley while you are still pregnant, right after you give birth, or any stretch of your breastfeeding journey.
Call/Text (502) 751-8770 to make an appointment.
Ashley is currently taking in-person, Sarasota appointments only. $50/hr
DONA International stands strong behind their vision “a doula for every person who wants one” and we couldn’t agree more! If the cost associated with our support is not within your budget, please let us know so we can discuss payment plans, insurance options, discounts, or referrals to doulas who offer reduced/free services.
We hope to be the support your family needs through birth and postpartum care.
